Ginger Honey Lemon Tea

This tea is your remedy for the cold season. It’s easy to make and very effective for respiratory symptoms like cold or flu.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp fresh finely chopped ginger
  • Half a lemon
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions

Bring water to a boil and pour over finely chopped fresh ginger (about 1tsp); add the juice of a half lemon and 1 tsp of honey.

Stir well, and enjoy!
