CCF Tea

Ingredients

Create the mix and store it in a jar. You need equal amounts of:

  • Cumin
  • Coriander
  • Fennel in a bowl

Directions

  1. Add 2 tsp of the CCF mix into 2 cups of boiling water.
  2. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and strain.
